This month's challenge at Scrap The Boys was to use 2 photos, washi, mists/paint and chipboard.  I had fun scrapping these pics of my son and his friend taken at the motor show last year. TFL!

Kraft It Up March Challenge

This month's challenge at Kraft It Up was a sketch challenge, so I decided to give it a go.  I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, even if the cardstock was a bit too thin for my misting and warped a bit.  :)

Scrap The Boys Feb Challenge

I don't often have just the right photos for the Scrap The Boys challenge, but this month I made do with an older one.  :)  The theme was to scrap a photo of you and your boy, using a Boy inspired love theme.  At the moment, there are lots of things I could list that I don't love (attitude wise) but the challenge did make me look beyond the current frustrations to all the things that are special and that I do love about Mason.  :) TFL!

White With 1 Feb Challenge

The criteria for this month was white + pink + hearts at White With One, so I decided to give it a go.  I'm really pleased with how this one turned out.  Feels good to scrap again and to use some older pp up along with way.  :)

White with 1 for October

The challenge this month at White with 1 was for white with yellow and stars.  I got an idea straight away - gotta love that - and I am so happy with how this one turned out.  :) 

I've been lucky emough to get a photo of each of the kids singing and doing the actions to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star - glad to add this one of Alyssa to the collection.  :)

My Creative Sketches layout

Another first - I had a go at the My Creative Sketch this month.  These pics of Alyssa have been hanging around since Easter, but with the sketch and Deena Rutter/EPs So Happy Together kit, everything just fell together.  :)

Catching Up and Scrap Friends Sketch

I was all fired up to keep the posts happening, and more importantly, to keep the scrapping happening, but life got in the way.  :(  I went two whole months without scrapping a single thing (on paper anyway), which is the longest I've gone in the whole time I've been scrapping.  I did get some layouts done for my ILs photo books of their trip to Europe, and that was playing with templates and stuff in PSE, but it wasn't hands on with paper, which I love.

Anyway, my first scrappy effort was for the Scrap Friends sketch this month.  I've liked the sketches there for a while, but so far hadn't completed one.  This one just set me in motion and I put this layout of Lil together to suit. 

She loves to pretend she is off somewhere with her bag, baby and shoes. I love that she always gives me a kiss before she goes. :) Thanks for looking!
